Kang Records
The name Kang Records derives from the old time bluegrass way of pronouncing the venerable King Records, that was once a Cincinnati institution recording the likes of The Stanley Brothers, the Osborne Brothers and Jimmy Martin. The label was begun as an independent venture for Rick Hayes first solo record, "Fly By Night." We then added Clay Hess's second solo CD "Rain." Recently, we added Rick's band Nightflyer's self-titled debut CD and are working on Clay's new band CD -- so be watching for updates!
